Hello customers! After the first 20 orders are placed the production of orders will begin, production time takes 7-10 business days after production time is up the orders will be shipped through air travel, and that will take at least 10-15 days. once orders get delivered to FALLENLOVE, we will ship them out immediately for our customers, so we recommend you to be extremely patient with us on our very first drop ever! 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the address is incorrectly entered the buyer has to take full responsibility over the lost item, unless we are contacted BEFORE production is over.

If your order is damaged or irregular you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, you can contact us at (blank) If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
